I’m Katherine Kniep, a human-first UX designer

I have over 15 years’ experience in accessibility and shaping digital products across healthcare, industry, public services and SaaS.

My passion is helping organizations create inclusive, user-centric experiences that genuinely empower and connect people: I have over 20 years experience in advocating for accessibility and have given talks for Bertelsmann and McDonalds amongst others.

In my projects i love building great working relationships with my teams, bringing people together and having fun. I have a deep passion for continuous learning and am committed to mastering any new skills or knowledge necessary to excel.

I have worked as a web designer, web manager, web officer and UX designer and i have experience working with a range of clients, budgets and goals.
